Description:This special edition longboard was released last year in celebration of Dewey's long-lasting contributions to surfboard design. Dewey was responsible for: the wood center stringer in the foam surfboard, the removable fin unit, the most copied surfboard template of all timethe Performer. He was one of the first designers to discover that the ratio of wood density to foam density changes the overall weight distribution of the foam and board and changes the center of gravity. The Legend is a reflection of all of this and more. It is built stock with a 2" balsa stringer, clear gloss, and polished finish
