Description:
One aspect of the Performer’s design is the optimum stability it provides for beginning surfers. It is an easy board to paddle and catch waves on. Due to it’s overall surface area, it’s very stable which makes it easy to stand up on. With the number of women and children learning to longboard we decided to incrementally bring down the size of the Performer so that it is more comfortable for lightweight beginners to carry and maneuver in and out of the water. We are really excited about these “mini” Performers. We're going as short as 7’6” for children in the 60-79 lb range and 8’0” to 8’4” for women and children between 80 -135 lbs. All longboard models are available in "mini" versions in the 7'10" to 8'4" range.

Designed by head shaper, Jerry O’Keefe it's the perfect combination of theory and execution. The lines are softly defined and flow together, promoting speed and enhanced manueverability. Features like a rounded nose with a sculptured concave, a refined bevelled rail combined with a softer, gentler hydro hull promote some magical moments. You can fine tune this to actual wave conditions with the 2 + 1 fin box configuration.

Description:
This special edition longboard was released last year in celebration of Dewey's long-lasting contributions to surfboard design. Dewey was responsible for: the wood center stringer in the foam surfboard, the removable fin unit, the most copied surfboard template of all timethe Performer. He was one of the first designers to discover that the ratio of wood density to foam density changes the overall weight distribution of the foam and board and changes the center of gravity. The Legend is a reflection of all of this and more. It is built stock with a 2" balsa stringer, clear gloss, and polished finish
